FAQ

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS!

HOW ARE YOUR QUILTS MADE?

Our quilts are hand and machine crafted by artisan quilters in Colorado, USA. We use 100% cotton fabric, batting and thread.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Because our quilts are handcrafted, please expect at least 3-8 weeks for production and delivery. We do carry a small stock in our studio, check with us to see what we have available right now.

WHAT IF I LIKE A CERTAIN STYLE, BUT WANT IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?

Email us! We are happy to work with you to create the perfect quilt. Colors, sizes, and narratives can be tailored to your needs.

SPEAKING OF NARRATIVES, DO YOU DO CUSTOM TEXT?

Yes, we’ll work with you to create a narrative specifically for your quilt. Please note that lead times will be longer. Check with us for a quote.

DO YOU OFFER SWATCHES AND COLOR SAMPLES?

Of course! We are happy to mail you a sample swatch.

I WANT TO USE MY QUILT AS A WALL HANGING. HOW DO I HANG IT?

We will add a hanging sleeve to your quilt for an additional $15.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your quilt! If you are not, please let us know. Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of the quilt for a full refund. Unfortunately, we can not refund custom quilts.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR QUILTS?

UPS Ground. Please let us know if you prefer a different method. Contact us for international rates.

HOW DO I WASH MY QUILT?

Care for your quilt the way you would any special piece in your home. We recommend hand washing and drying flat, but, we’ve washed our quilts dozens of times on the gentle cycle, in cold water (front loaders are best!) and dried them on low, tumble cycle. Feel free to use a light iron, too.

WHO ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHERS?

We have several: Jess O’Toole, Alison Conklin, David Tegart, Ralph E. Burns, and James Anderson. Speaking of photographers, all of our images are copyright Comma Workshop, please do not use them without our permission.
